So there is obviously so much happening right now in the world. Too much. Sometimes it feels like everything is ending and that we should be hopeless. I think the enemy certainly enjoys feeding us lies that cause us to settle into the grips of fear and anxiety. But I’m here to challenge that. Actually, God’s word is already prepared to defeat the lies of the enemy, and I think that is what makes the devil afraid. I know that God has prepared a future for me and He has plans to prosper me and to give me a hope and a future. I know that this is not my home, because we were given a new life in Jesus when He died and rose from the dead a little over 2000 years ago. Yes times are hard right now, and they are uncertain, but God is not surprised by the circumstances we face. He has already prepared a future for each and every one of us and right now, I believe He is using this to bring glory to His name and to bring us closer to Him. Is this a time to grow in your faith? Most definitely. Let’s draw into Him as He draws into us. Let’s not give into that fear and know that the God of the Universe is defending us and He is by our side. Have peace. Stay healthy.
