O Lord, your unfailing love fills the earth; teach me your decrees
Psalm 119:64

In life we often look at the hardships more than the joy that God brings. Even as Christians or believers, many often struggle with the realization that Jesus already died on the cross for us to be free. To be happy, to live joyfully, to embrace our salvation. However, I think the enemy loves to boss us around sometimes to make us feel less than happy, joyful, or just defeated sometimes if I’m being brutally honest. Still, waking up to the knowledge that the best way to be a disciple of the Lord is often through the actions of our own lives is priceless. To me being a Christian means walking and living in a way of love and joy that Jesus would want for me. Life is not perfect, but it’s a journey that God continues to speak to me with every season, and every hardship. I love the idea of the verse that God’s love truly fills the earth. Now if we can only accept that love into our hearts to share it with those around us. Then I think we’d truly be making a difference for God’s kingdom.
Have a blessed week.
